Fairleigh Dickinson University is located in the state of New Jersey and a private university. Established in 1942, it is one of the largest universities in the area. It has two main campuses; the Florham Campus in Morris County and the Metropolitan Campus in Teaneck. In addition, a few campuses are located abroad. More than 100-degree programs are available at the university at all levels: bachelor's, associate's, master's, and doctoral. Apart from undergraduate and graduate degree programs, FDU offers adult and continuing education programs, online programs, and global education. The university hosts an average of 1100 international students each year from 70 different countries, making it one of the best places to study abroad. Across both campuses in New Jersey, over 144 student clubs and organizations focus on topics like art, literature, law, etc. On both Florham Campus and Metropolitan Campus, various housing facilities are available to students.
