15. User is promptly liable to the contractual obligation and for all the costs, losses, and damages caused to Edysor from breaching any of the terms and conditions.

Payment Gateway

While making any payments for the purchase done for products and services from Edysor on this platform that requires payment will be directed to the third-party from whom we have an agreement for the payment-related purpose. This third-party gateway will ask for additional information to process the payment activities, and there must be additional charges that will be applicable on this payment gateway. 3. A user can refer up to 3 individuals, where the reward of one successful referral is 25,000rs on two successful referrals it is 50,000rs and on the third successful referral, the reward is increased to 75,000rs.
4. Users will earn a reward for a successful referral as per the refer and earn policies of the company.
5. A successful referral will ONLY be considered when the user and their referral are enrolled in the university from Edysor, and once this is done, they can claim the associated amount.
6. The reward will be credited to the referrer’s account within a specific time frame defined by the company.
7. There are minimum requirements for the referred user to become eligible for the reward such as registering on the website and enrolling in the university via Edysor only.
8. Edysor EduTech reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the referral program at any point in time.

Changes in the privacy policy

Edysor reserves the right to modify and change any policy at any point in time. These changes will be in effect from the date of this modification and change. 

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability:

Edysor does not store and keep important information such as credit card details at a location that is accessible from the internet. We take a lot of care in ensuring that all the data and information while having some electronic transaction of payments while purchasing some products and services from the site. This will prevent the money from falling into the wrong hands. The value of the services rendered is deemed to be INR 0, and Edysor reserves the right to amend this clause at its sole discretion.
